ABOUT
-----
Cumbria Eat's is a marketplace that connects customers with independent
food venues across Cumbria. This policy explains what we collect and
why.

WHAT WE COLLECT
---------------
Customers: your name, phone number, delivery address, delivery notes,
and the email address you give us for order receipts. Orders you place
and reviews you write.

Venue owners: the name you sign in with via Apple (or the demo account),
your venue details, menu, delivery pricing, and the payment account
references you connect (Stripe / PayPal).

Location: your approximate location is used on the map to sort venues by
distance. It stays on your device and is never uploaded.

PAYMENTS
--------
We never take a cut or hold venue money. Card and PayPal payments are
processed by the venue's own payment provider (Stripe or PayPal) or in
person via SumUp card readers. Card numbers are tokenised on your device
and never stored by Cumbria Eat's. Venue payment secrets are stored
encrypted server-side and are never sent to the app.

WHAT WE DO WITH YOUR DATA
-------------------------
Order details are shared with the venue you ordered from so they can
cook and deliver your food. If you give us an email address, we send
your order confirmation by email. We do not sell your data and we do not
show third-party advertising.

STORAGE AND SECURITY
--------------------
Data is stored with our managed database provider (Supabase) with
row-level security. Sign-ins use Apple's authentication; we never see
your Apple password.

CHILDREN
--------
Cumbria Eat's is not directed at children under 13 and we do not
knowingly collect their data.

YOUR CHOICES
------------
You can clear your delivery details from the Account tab, delete reviews
you wrote, and ask a venue to remove your order history by contacting
them. For any other request, reach us via the App Store support link.
